I believe that the best way to know anyone is to explore their work, listen to their stories.
For the curious:
Born and raised in Siberia, Surgut, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (North of Russia).
Finished school there.
Finished language school, learned English.
Finished musical school (major: piano, played a few instruments in orchestra, sang in a choir), did quite a lot of dancing.
After school not really knowing what to do, entered a university (my father knew what I got to do) where I studied computer science, economics and translation. Danced along the way and studied Japanese.
I’ve been always into health, healthy eating and physical performance. Started working out before I knew the word “workout” – my father made me exercise every day after school – I thought everybody did that.
I started teaching my mom how to cook healthy food so I would eat something when I was 12 or so. I never thought it would be such a huge part of my life in the future.
After university worked as a freelancer, programmer, for a few months.
Communicating with computer most of the day didn’t quite work out for me. As well as sitting on my ass for most of the day.
At the end of my usual work day cyber world would seem to be more real than anything going on around me in the real world – I didn’t enjoy that feeling.
I’ve always been a people person, a total introvert though: I love people and really enjoy face-to-face communication, connections, sharing, but can’t take it for long, need time to be on my own a lot and re-charge, reflect. I can’t live without other people, my life is most meaningful when I serve others but to do so I need to be alone a lot.
When my career as a programmer obviously failed (although I never regretted getting a degree – now technology seems to be a much easier thing to understand and use) – I started a new journey of self-searching.
Traveled to and lived in many countries, met many fascinating people, lived many stories, learned a lot, read a lot, failed a lot, wrote a lot, got certified as an interior designer, image consultant, personal trainer, nutritionist, raw vegan educator and chef, life coach, health coach, English teacher, bartender (who knows what else by the time you are reading this, learning is my HUGE passion), I had many jobs as a freelancer doing whatever I enjoyed, whatever was needed.
Do I like a job? – YES!
Do I want to do it? – YES!
Can I do it? – YES! or soon will be able to.
My process of evaluating possible employment opportunities.
I have many passions and hobbies – dancing, arts, writing, crafts, playing music and singing, jazz, illustration, Japan, fashion design, interior design, style, modeling, reading and knowledge, business and entrepreneurship, cultures and languages, spirituality, traveling, photography, science, human biology, cosmos and space, ancient civilizations with their secrets, ET to name a few – all that makes my life fascinating, vibrant and colorful, helps me to understand people and the world.

That’s me. Or something like that. I don’t like to wear any labels. They limit our always-changing nature. I wake up daily and try to figure out the answer to the same questions, “Who I am? What am I doing here today?”
