Keto. Or not. How ANY diet can work for YOU in a fun way. Are you creative enough?
It’s amazing for me how many people, when I talk about ANY diet, find countless excuses why they can’t do it.
It’s too boring.
I don’t have time.
It’s not doable. (It’s a decision — not the truth)
I have a family.
It’s too boring.
I have social life.
I can’t be hungry.
I love food too much. (Who the f*ck doesn’t ???)
I love bread too much.
I need to enjoy my food.
This food doesn’t taste good.
They don’t sell food like this there. (Wherever there is)
I need my energy.
I have too much stress.
And these are all just excuses.
You can make ANY diet, keto (which I’m on), sugar free, dairy free, grain free, paleo, whole 30 — you can make ANYTHING work for you ENJOYING it.
Once you decide to quit your excuses and start looking for solutions that work for you — you can make any diet and meal plan work for you. You’ll find a way.
Many people ask me these days about their granola breakfast, and how they need an easy breakfast option they can enjoy every day.
And for many folks granola seem to be the ONLY viable option from all the variety of whole food options out there, taking into account the fact, that the body does not need “breakfast” foods, it’s a marketing strategy to sell you more cereal, not a biological requirement to have certain foods at certain times of the day.
Did caveman run looking for cereal every morning?!
Of course not. You are hungry. There is food. Eat it. End of story.
Back to granola.
You actually can have amazing granola that is healthy and tasty, sugar and grain free, and totally paleo, keto, and whatever it is you want it to be.
Here is an option I recommend:

You can make similar healthy granola.
Get the ingredients (use stevia or this to sweeten it up), make it in bulk a couple of times a month. Enjoy!
By yourself or with the whole family, roommates, friends, boyfriends and girlfriends.
Unsweetened hemp, almond, coconut, cashew, macadamia — there are more options these days that you care for. In fact, sticking with your “ONLY” milk option is totally boring, and uncreative, and silly, closed-minded. I am 100% sure you can find a milk option, that you’ll love more than an unhealthy one you are using now.
